My husband and I met Karen 7 years ago when we were first planning on relocating. She toured us through areas of Idaho and showed us several homes. Due to some family issues, we could not relocate, but we kept in touch with Karen over the years. When we came back out in March, Karen dedicated 2 days to us. I chose all the strengths listed below because Karen has been all of those and more in the selling of our Moms home. She has had a challenge in the selling of this property. She has gone above and beyond at keeping all of us grown kids in the immediate loop with emails and phone calls in real time as the closing process went along. We truely appreciated knowing what each of the marketing tools looked like to the buyers and seeing what they would see. I am truely grateful to Karen she puts her whole heart and backbone into her commitment to you. Karen is a five star Real Estate agent for her professionalism and expertise. From the first moment I contacted her the entire transaction for selling our house went very quickly and efficiently. Karen has vast knowledge of the rules, documentation and laws of real estate and was able to answer all our questions. Karen was there for us even after working hours. Communications and negotiations with the buyers agent were done immediately when necessary and helped to make the best outcome for both parties. Karen was our agent when we built our new home here in Mountain Home and there was no other choice or debate about having her help us sell our home as well to another family when we found out we got our PCS orders to Germany! My wife and I called Karen for information on a home in the evening hours, hoping to make contact with an agent. She told us that she was able to show the house that night and the owner was taking offers until the next morning. The house was in Mountain Home and Karen was willing to drive that night to meet us so we could get a tour of the home. We live in Star, so I knew it was going to be a long drive for all of us. We toured the home and decided it was the one we wanted. Karen then opened the office in Mountain Home after hours and we made an offer. Karen went above and beyond to show us this home at a last minute notice. Earlier that week we tried to contact other real estate agencies about homes for sale in Mt. Home and no one returned our calls. We are so thankful that Karen answered her phone that night. Karen also walked us through all the steps in buying the home and was always there for us to answer any questions we might have had. I am a retired military veteran and Karen was extremely knowledgeable about the Veterans Affairs home buying process. She gave us the utmost respect and dedication as our agent. Karen was outstanding. Buying a house in a seller's market can be daunting. She was always straightforward and frank regarding every property we visited. She promptly calls you back when you find a house you want to see. Most impressively, though, was the way she dealt with the seller once our offer was accepted. Excellent realtor. She gave honesty opinions on properties noting the pros and cons, as well as investment risk vs gain. There were times i looked at a few houses that she said "this is a cheap flip job, and they didn't do all they should have. Its way overpriced". That honest opinion and good knowledge between her and her team was beyond expectation. Additionally, she is a straight shooter.

Karen was simply perfect. Home buying is always stressful but Karen went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. We could always count on her to catch even the smallest of things and advocate for the very best deal for us. When we had questions she was always available to answer them, literally always. I dont think I have ever met someone who worked this hard. Karen has a great network as well when we needed to do repairs for our home she had so many options in her back pocket it took out all our guess work to find the right contractor. We met Karen after firing two other agents. The one just previous to her told us the day before that we would "never find what we were looking for within our price range" and that we would have to go up at least $100,000 to get what we want. We talked to Karen that day and went out the following day. Guess what? We find the perfect house at 415,000 UNDER our budget on the first day out. In case you're wondering the house had been on the market for 13 days at that point, so could have been picked up by the other agent. We learned that there were 2 other bidders and Karen managed to get our bid accepted. As a further complication, we did not have reliable internet service where we were staying, but Karen remained diligent to be sure that one way or another we were able to get everything done we needed to do. She did all that with a great smile and sense of humor so that it was just fun to be with her.

Karen is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond for my family and we couldn't be more thankful! We relocated from Alaska, but purchased our home sight unseen before we moved. Karen went above and beyond to find us our dream home and the home that best suited our families needs, THE day we met her. She used FaceTime and Marco Polo to show us houses, and to do the walk through. She directed me everywhere that needed directing when I had too much going on to know which way was left. Karen is AWESOME! She was super helpful, she always had great recommendations and because this was our first time buying a home, there were lots of technical jargon that she helped us understand. She made sure we knew we had lots of options and if she felt there was something we should know going into making our decisions, she didn't hold back on sharing that informations. We couldn't be any more happier with her and even if we've closed the house, she is still there for us, still helping us and looking out for me and my family. She genuinely wanted us to have a beautiful home. She is definitely more than just a real estate agent to us, she is a family friend for life for sure.

Karen: Is a real help. She sent me some suggestions even when I was not sure where to move for sure. She made very good arrangements to see 6 or 7 houses on short notice when I was coming to town. She provided good information about the area without being asked. She knew the homes shown and had helpful hints on the houses. Very impressed. She made contact with the seller of the of the house I wanted and made the sale happen.
